While our clients are still leading in every industry, the precautionary measures centered around COVID-19 have appeared to make legal professionals more cautious about looking for that new and glamorous opportunity, even if that career move will allow them to do the best work of their lives. Since we became aware of this global pandemic, we noticed that “hot” positions became somewhat chilly, and we had to inform our best candidates that their interview had either been put on hold or their start date had been postponed.
